While working with students and professionals, we saw a recurring pattern: brilliant minds overlooked, voices unheard, capable people stuck. They were technically strong, but the missing piece was that they lacked clarity about their soft skills. Poor communication, lesser than ideal emotional intelligence, problem solving ability, connecting with others, people management skills were in a lack and they weren't even aware of it!
